Ingredients for servings

  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup(s) sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 0.25 cup(s) milk

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 4 small/medium ripened bananas

  • 0.25 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1.5 tsp baking powder

  • 2 cup(s) all purpose flour

  • 0.5 cup(s) chopped mixed nuts cashews, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.

  • Line a bread tray with baking parchment and spray with cooking spray.

  • In a bowl mash the bananas using a fork

  • In a separate bowl whisk the butter and sugar together

  • Add the bananas to the mix

  • Add the eggs then gradually add flour, milk, vanilla, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and whisk until smooth.

  • Mix the nuts in.

  • Pour the mix into the bread tray

  • Bake until golden brown. aprox 20-25 mins

Notes

Check if the bread is baked thoroughly using a toothpick.
