  • 1.5 cup fresh strawberries

  • 0.5 medium banana sliced

  • 0.5 cup soft tofu

  • 2 tablespoon plain low-fat yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 cup ice

  • 2 tablespoon ground flax seeds optional

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and process until smooth. Share it with a sweetie and enjoy!
