    Sheet-Pan Chicken Fajitas

  • boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in thin strips2 bell peppers, cut in thin strips

  • 1 large onion cut in thin strips

  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 4 hole-wheat tortillas


  • Preheat oven to 400°F (232°C). Toss chicken, peppers and onion with fajita seasoning and olive oil. Spread in a single layer on a sheet pan and bake 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve with tortillas.
