Low-Carb, High-Protein, Three-Ingredient Pancakes

Simplify mornings with our tasty three-ingredient pancakes. These fluffy babies are protein-packed, potassium-rich and give a slight cinnamon kick. For a tasty start, serve with a drizzle of honey and plenty of fresh fruit!

    Low-Carb, High-Protein, Three-Ingredient Pancakes

  • 2 large ripe bananas 120 grams each

  • 4 large eggs 50 grams each

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Mash bananas until smooth using a large spatula. Then, add the eggs and cinnamon. Whisk the ingredients together until the batter is smooth.

  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Spray with cooking spray.

  • Use a 1/4 cup measure to portion out pancakes. Cook pancakes for about 1–2 minutes on both sides until bottom reaches a golden brown. Garnish as desired and serve.
