Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

  • 0.25 cup Almond Butter

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare loaf pan with coconut oil and line with parchment paper.

  • In large bowl, mix brown sugar, bananas and eggs together. Stir in almond milk, vanilla, allspice, baking soda, baking powder. Slowly incorporate flour until blended completely.

  • Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 50-55 minutes.

  • Allow to cool in pan for 30 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
