  • 0.75 teaspoon salt-free Mexican seasoning

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3 cup inely chopped arugula or romaine lettuce

  • 0.66666666666 cup well-drained pico de gallo

  • baked tortilla chips crushed

  • 0.5 tablespoon low-fat ranch dressing
