Piña Colada Overnight Oats

No matter where you are, wake up to the Tropics by preparing these fruity overnight oats. With fresh pineapple and pineapple yogurt, your tastebuds might think you’re in Hawaii. Don’t worry: This recipe doesn’t call for a single drop of rum.

Ingredients for servings

    Piña Colada Overnight Oats

  • 2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1.33333333333 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup 0% Fat Pineapple Greek yogurt

  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoon sweetener of your choice

  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple cubed


  • Add all ingredients to a closed container such as a Mason jar, stir or shake to mix completely. Store in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours, or up to overnight.

  • Before serving, add extra water or almond milk until the oats reach your desired consistency. Add more pineapple if desired. Enjoy hot or cold.
