  • 1.5 tablespoon honey

  • 1 medium ripe avocado, cut into pieces

  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored and coarsely chopped

  • 0.5 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped

  • 2 cup lightly packed spinach leaves

  • 0.5 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
