Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes.
Heat up a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
Add the chicken to the pan and fry until golden brown.
Add the soy sauce, sugar, and Worchestershire sauce.
Simmer until the sauce has reduced.
Notes
Best served with basmati rice and freshly chopped spring onion.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds for a classy presentation.
You can turn this dish into a vegetarian one, by using Quorn pieces instead of chicken breast.
