Sugar-Free Watermelon Strawberry Agua Fresca

Ingredients for servings

    Sugar-Free Watermelon Strawberry Agua Fresca

  • 5 cup watermelon cuped

  • 1 cup strawberries chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 0.75 cup unsweetened apple cide

  • water

  • ice cubes

  • lime slices Optional garnishes

  • cucumber slices Optional garnishes

  • mint leaves Optional garnishes

Directions

  • Blend watermelon, strawberries, lime juice, apple cider and water until smooth. Taste for sweetness. Add more watermelon or apple cider if you want a sweeter beverage.

  • Serve the drink immediately or refrigerate it for an hour to let the flavors set. If you are refrigerating it, consider adding cucumber slices and a few sprigs of mint to up the flavor.

  • Serve agua frescas with ice and garnish with lime and cucumber slices or mint leaves. Refrigerate leftovers for up to three days.
