Red Cabbage Blueberry Smoothie

The most shocking thing about this smoothie, besides the gorgeous color, is how undetectable the cabbage is with just a cup of blueberries, one banana and a little bit of vanilla yogurt mixed in.

Ingredients for servings

    Smoothie

  • 1.5 cups cold water

  • 0.5 small head red cabbage quartered and frozen (about 4” in diameter)

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 banana frozen

  • 0.66666666666 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

Directions

  • Break up the frozen cabbage with your hands and puree with water in a high power blender. Add frozen blueberries, banana and vanilla yogurt and puree again until smooth.
