Ingredients for servings

    Raspberry Coconut Overnight Oats

  • 0.5 cup Quaker Oats

  • 1.5 tsp lemon juice

  • 0.5 cup low-fat milk

  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 0.5 cup raspberries

  • 0.125 cup shredded coconut

  • 0.33333333333 cup bananas sliced

Directions

  • Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and pour in the mixture of milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Add chia seeds. Alternate between layers of raspberries, layers of shredded coconut and layers of banana slices.

  • Cover, place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later.
