Ingredients for servings

    Pineapple Turmeric Cleanser

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple cubed

  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger peeled and minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 packet Stevia In The Raw

  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric

  • Pinch cayenne pepper

  • 0.25 cup water

  • Lime wheel for garnish

  • Pineapple wedge for garnish

Directions

  • In a blender, combine pineapple, ginger, lime juice, sugar or Stevia in the Raw, turmeric, cayenne and 1/4 cup water. Blend until smooth.

  • Pour into a glass and garnish with lime wheel and pineapple, if desired.
