Kale And Pear Smoothie

Ingredients for servings


  • 2 cup raw kale

  • 1 large pear cored and sliced into large pieces

  • 0.5 cucumber peeled

  • 0.5 lemon Juice

  • 0.25 cup ice

  • 0.75 cup cold water


  • Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth, adding additional water until the smoothie is the texture and consistency you enjoy.
