Ingredients for servings

  • 1 Banana frozen

  • 1 cup Blueberries frozen or fresh

  • 1 handful Baby Spinach fresh

  • 1 tbsp Natural Almond Butter

  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Dried Coconut

  • 1 ciup Almond Milk

  • 3 or 5 ice cubes

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to get the consistency you like. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
