In a large bowl, mix oats, dates, pumpkin seeds, almond slices and peanut butter. Combine until well mixed. Shape into a square dough.
Sprinkle some oats on the surface, flip the dough and sprinkle some oats on the other side. Use a rolling pin to roll the mixture to 0.5 inch thick. Cut it into 4 even bars or your chosen form.
