Banana Smoothie

Banana, apple and almond milk provide sweetness to this recipe, while the complexity of cardamom brings all the flavors together into a perfectly balanced smoothie. If you prefer to use a spoon over a straw, you can add more oats to thicken it.

    Smoothie

  • 2 tbsp Quaker Oats 10

  • 0.5 banana 0.5

  • 0.5 tbsp cardamom

Directions

  • Add almond milk and oats into a blender and blend to break down oats.

  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Notes

Unsweetened plain almond milk (or your preferred milk) can be substituted for the vanilla variety if you want a less sweet smoothie.
